Job Summary
Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist responsible for delivering outpatient PT services across clinics in Burke, VA on a 13-week travel assignment. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on return to community activities, documenting in compliance with clinic and payer requirements, and providing discipline-specific direction for therapy services. Candidate should have outpatient caseload experience, BS/MS/PhD in Physical Therapy, Virginia license, and current BLS certification; supervision/precepting of students is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (APTA-approved)
- Active Virginia physical therapy license
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Outpatient physical therapy experience
- Experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting in compliance with clinic, state, and payer requirements
- Ability to participate in student supervision and precepting (preferred)
- Maintain professional licensure and continuing education requirements
