Job Summary
Assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatments for outpatient patients, while documenting progress and educating families on recovery strategies. Manage daily diagnostic imaging coverage and coordinate care within a clinical team to help patients improve mobility and quality of life. This 13-week assignment in Fox Lake, IL requires an active Illinois PT license, BLS certification, and at least one year of experience in acute or outpatient settings.
