Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist needed for a 14-week assignment in Monroe, GA. 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts in an outpatient setting. Requires a valid Physical Therapist license, BLS/BCLS certification, and at least 1 year of recent PT experience. EPIC EMR experience is preferred. TheraEx Therapy offers medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401k, life insurance, sick pay, and holiday pay. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts with a weekly gross of about $2,075.70.
