Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist needed for 13-week assignment in Eugene, OR. Provide outpatient ortho therapy to patients, 40 hours per week, days shift. Requires Physical Therapy degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral), active state license, and BLS may be required. Outpatient experience preferred; no new graduates or first-time travelers accepted. Travel housing and relocation assistance provided; travel contracts with ProVenture options available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Outpatient experience is preferred
- No new graduates accepted
- No first-time travelers accepted
