Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist needed for orthopedic-focused care in Allegan, MI. Roll includes a 13-week contract delivering 40 hours/week across 5x8-hour shifts, with a mix of outpatient and inpatient/subacute patients (orthopedics primary, potential geriatric, pediatric and vestibular cases). Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients in both settings, with emphasis on gait training, manual therapy, and a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions; charting in a electronic system; and adhering to facility dress code and Beacon prerequisites. Required Qualifications
- Active state physical therapy license (Michigan)
- 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Travel/locational flexibility (not local to facility)
- Experience in Orthopedics; mix of outpatient and inpatient/subacute settings preferred
- Proficiency with charting systems (EPIC or similar) and documentation requirements
- Ability to care for outpatient, inpatient, and vestibular patients as part of a mixed setting
- COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemptions as required by client policy
- Scrub color requirements and professional dress code adherence
- Ability to participate in Beacon-related prerequisites and complete required modules prior to start
