Job Summary
Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist position in Milton, FL for a 13-week assignment. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, documenting care, providing education to patients and families, and supervising students as needed. Requires PT degree (AS/BS/MS/DPT or equivalent) and active Florida license; BLS may be required. Outpatient setting with 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred, including evaluation, plan of care development, goal writing, and functional treatment planning.
- Proficiency with clinical documentation, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Ability to adhere to state Practice Act, maintain professional licensure, and complete mandated continuing education.
