Job Summary
Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week outpatient assignment in Louisville, KY. Earns 40 hours/week with 8-hour shifts in a travel position. Requires PT degree (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral) from an APTA-approved program and an active Kentucky PT license. BLS may be required. Outpatient experience and proficiency with musculoskeletal evaluations, plan of care development, patient documentation, and payer compliance are preferred. Opportunities to supervise therapy assistants and provide student supervision exist. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient clinic experience required.
