Job Summary
Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist position in Niceville, FL for a 13-week assignment. The PT will perform 60-minute evaluations and 1:1 treatment sessions in an outpatient clinic focusing on musculoskeletal and post-operative care, with EMR documentation, plan-of-care development, delegation to aides, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Requires a PT degree (BA/BS, MS, or Doctoral), FL license, BLS, outpatient experience, and ability to supervise students. Travel role includes full-time hours (40/wk), 8-hour shifts, and relocation/travel benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Outpatient experience required, including evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal and post-operative patients
- Experience providing 60-minute evaluations and 1:1 treatment sessions
- Proficiency with electronic medical record documentation, goal writing, and charge entry in compliance with payer and clinic requirements
- Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants and to participate in student clinical education as assigned
- Maintain professional licensure and continue education requirements
