Job Summary
Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for Jeffersonville, IN. 13-week travel assignment, 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts in an outpatient facility. Clinician will provide evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans, document in the medical record, and support patient and employee safety practices. Responsibilities include supervising and delegating to discipline-specific therapy staff and participating in student education as assigned. Requirements include a PT degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctoral) from an accredited program, active Indiana PT license, BLS certification, and relevant outpatient experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Indiana Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- No new graduates
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting preferred
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, perform functional outcome documentation, and write letters of medical necessity
- Ability to supervise and delegate to discipline-specific therapy staff and to participate in student education as assigned
- Maintain professional licensure and continuing education as per State Practice Act
