Responsibilities include comprehensive patient evaluations, timely medical record documentation, maintaining licensure and regulatory compliance, and contributing to performance improvement. 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts across a 13-week travel assignment in Burke, VA, with benefits and travel housing supports available.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR certification
- Active state licensure for physical therapy
- Prior experience with the agency is highly desired
