Job Summary
Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist needed to support orthopedic outpatient rehab in Murfreesboro, TN. Provide evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation to an outpatient population, collaborate with clinic leadership on scheduling and overtime, and contribute to team productivity. Expect a 36-hour guaranteed workweek with up to 40 hours, 8-hour shifts, and a 13-week assignment in an outpatient clinic serving orthopedic patients. Must hold an APTA-approved PT degree and an active Tennessee PT license; BLS may be required. First-time travelers are accepted; 100% paid housing and travel/licensing reimbursements are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Tennessee PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience treating outpatient orthopedic patients preferred.
- Productivity experience or comfort with a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week; ability to manage 12–14 patients per day and follow-up double-booking workflow.
- Must not be a PTA; position requires PT-level licensure and practice.
- First-time travelers are acceptable. New graduates are not accepted.
- Ability to obtain any facility-required approvals for overtime prior to working OT.
