Job Summary
Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist needed for an orthopedic-focused, outpatient clinic in Ladson, SC. Provide skilled evaluation and treatment for outpatient orthopedic patients, support productivity targets (approximately 60 visits per week, typically 12–14 patients per day with follow-up double-booking), and collaborate with clinic leadership and multidisciplinary teams. May float to nearby clinics as needed; 8-hour shifts, up to 40 hours per week during a 13-week assignment. Requires Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, SC PT license, and likely BLS. Travel housing options and license reimbursements available. First-time travelers welcome; new graduates not accepted.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Must not be a PTA; position requires a licensed Physical Therapist
- New graduates not accepted; first-time travelers are acceptable
- Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day with follow-up double-booking
- Willingness to float to other clinics as needed
