Outpatient Physical Therapist responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, educating patients and families, and ensuring safe return to community activities. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
- Current CPR certification
- Active and valid physical therapy license for the working state
