Job Summary
Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week assignment in Westminster, CO. Provide outpatient rehabilitation including 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions at an outpatient clinic. Requires a PT degree (Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral) and active Colorado PT license prior to start; BLS may be required. Must have outpatient PT experience with documentation of evaluations, goals, MOIs, and payer requirements, and be able to develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans and supervise students as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Colorado state PT license required prior to start
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Experience documenting evaluations, goals, functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
- Ability to participate in student supervision and precepting
- Maintain professional licensure and continuing education as required
