Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and educate patients and families about home exercise programs in outpatient clinics. Perform 60-minute evaluations followed by follow-ups every 30 minutes. Requires an active Colorado PT license, Doctorate or Master's degree, and BLS certification. This assignment supports patients regaining mobility and managing pain in Colorado Springs and Fountain, CO, with access to outdoor recreation and scenic mountain views.
