Travel outpatient occupational therapist needed for a 13-week assignment in Tulsa, Oklahoma, providing OT services in outpatient and inpatient settings at a Level 3 Trauma Center. Requires at least 1 year of outpatient OT experience, Oklahoma OT license, Epic proficiency, and charting in Epic. Schedule is Day shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM), Monday–Friday (5x8hrs) with potential weekend on-call; 171-bed facility; travel assignment with on-site placement and 40 hours/week; on-site parking provided; start 06/22/2026.
