Travel Orthodontic Dental Assistant

Assist orthodontist in treating patients and provide comprehensive chairside support across orthodontic procedures. Prepare tray setups per doctor preferences, take diagnostic-quality X-Rays, and attach them to patient charts. Perform material mixing (amalgam/cement), impression preparation, and tray trimming; assist with bonding, banding, debonding, and cementing brackets, as well as creating retainers and bleaching trays. Take patient photos and scans for clear aligners or models; ensure ongoing synchronization with the dentist to anticipate next steps. Travel to CO locations to support multiple offices; proficiency with dental practice management software (Open Dental/Dentrix) and the ability to work across locations are required. Bilingual Spanish preferred to assist diverse patients.
