Job Summary
Manage all onboarding paperwork to completion for new hires, ensuring drivers complete FMCSA pre-employment Clearinghouse requests and uploading forms to Tenstreet. Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements for new hires and incumbents, including rental cars, flights, and hotel bookings, while sending DocuSign travel letters. Set up the weekly orientation room with supplies, order lunches, and manage arrivals and dismissals for Baltimore Driver Orientation. Collaborate with the Senior Travel Coordinator, Safety department, and recruiting team to plan road tests, track orientation costs, and resolve outstanding documentation issues before class starts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc)
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Administrative background preferred
