Travel OR RN

The Operating Room RN will provide comprehensive perioperative patient care, preparing the OR, maintaining a sterile field, positioning patients, and assisting the surgical team to ensure safe, high-quality care during procedures. Responsibilities include managing instruments and equipment, sterilization and disposal per facility protocols, specimen handling, accurate documentation, patient handoffs pre- and post-operatively, and adherence to infection control and PPE policies. The role requires critical thinking, effective communication, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced surgical environment.
