Job Summary
Operating Room RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities include preparing the OR, managing surgical instruments and sterile supplies, assisting in patient positioning, maintaining sterile fields, supporting the surgical team for efficient workflow, monitoring patient status during surgery, handling specimen transport, documenting perioperative care, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols. Requires critical thinking, strong communication, and English proficiency. Preferred certifications include ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and CNOR to enhance perioperative expertise.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
