Travel Operating Room RN for a 13-week assignment in San Marcos, Texas with Fusion Medical Staffing. responsibilities include preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile field, assisting with patient positioning, monitoring patient condition during surgery, managing specimens, documenting perioperative care, coordinating handoffs, cleaning and restocking the OR, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure safety, infection control, and adherence to hospital policies. Requires one year of OR RN experience, active RN license, and current BLS; ACLS/PALS/ENPC and CNOR are preferred. Strong critical thinking, communication, and IT/english proficiency are needed, along with the ability to handle physical demands and adapt to a travel/perioperative environment.
