Job Summary
Operating Room RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Cape Girardeau, MO. Provides perioperative patient care, prepares the operating room, maintains sterile technique, assists in positioning patients, monitors intraoperative status, handles instruments, and collaborates with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and high-quality care. Responsible for infection control, equipment management, documentation, and coordination with the surgical team throughout the perioperative process. Requires OR nursing experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS certification; ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications and CNOR are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
