Job Summary
Travel Operating Room RN for a 13-week assignment in Salem, Oregon. Provides comprehensive perioperative patient care, including preparing the operating room, positioning and prepping patients for surgery, maintaining a sterile field, handling surgical instruments and supplies, assisting with specimen collection, documenting patient care, and coordinating handoffs with the surgical team. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and infection control. Requires 1 year of OR RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Preferred certifications include ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and CNOR.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
