Job Summary
Travel OR RN for a 10-week assignment in Palmdale, CA. Provide perioperative patient care, prepare the operating room, maintain a sterile field, assist in positioning and turnover, monitor patients during surgery, and document care. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure infection control, patient safety, and adherence to facility policies. Essential skills include critical thinking, effective communication in English, PC proficiency, and ability to lift 50-100 lbs; accommodates teamwork with professional and ancillary staff. Required qualifications include one year of OR RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS; preferred certifications include ACLS, PALS or ENPC, CNOR.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
