Job Summary
Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Madison, IN. Provides perioperative patient care, prepares the operating room, maintains a sterile field, assists in positioning and preparing patients for surgery, collaborates with the surgical team to ensure safety and high-quality care, documents patient care, participates in handoffs, and adheres to infection control and safety protocols. Duties include instrument handling, specimen management, turnover and restocking, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams while adhering to facility policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
