Job Summary
Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Boise, Idaho. Responsibilities include preparing the operating room, maintaining sterile technique, assisting in patient positioning, monitoring during surgery, handling instruments and specimens, documenting perioperative care, and ensuring patient safety and continuity of care across pre- and post-operative phases. Requires critical thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, English proficiency, ability to read/write, and PC skills. Certifications and licensure as an RN with BLS; ACLS/PALS/ENPC and CNOR are preferred. Travel assignment with comprehensive benefits and support from Fusion Medical Staffing.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- ACLS (AHA/ARC), PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certifications (preferred)
- OR Nursing Certification (CNOR) (preferred)
- Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position
