Job Summary
Travel OR RN for a 13-week assignment in Independence, Missouri. Responsibilities include preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile field, handling surgical instruments and supplies, assisting with patient positioning and perioperative care, monitoring patients during surgery, documenting care, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and infection control. Required skills include critical thinking, English communication, and ability to read/write; certifications include RN license and BLS, with preferred certifications such as ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and CNOR.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
