Travel OR RN for a 13-week assignment in Dallas, TX. OR RN responsibilities include preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile field, assisting with positioning, managing instruments and specimens, documenting perioperative care, handoffs, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow. Requires one year of OR nursing experience, valid RN license, and current BLS; ACLS/PALS/ENPC or CNOR certifications preferred.
