Job Summary
Prepare the operating room by ensuring instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies are ready for each surgical procedure. Assist in positioning patients, maintain a sterile field, and anticipate team needs to support efficient workflow. Monitor patient conditions during surgery, document care accurately, and manage specimen collection per facility protocols. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure compliance with policies and infection control standards. Participate in patient handoffs and clean between cases. Requires one year of recent OR RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS certification. 13-week travel assignment in Jupiter, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
