Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans by consulting with the healthcare team. Utilize monitoring machines to track heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, blood oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram information. Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications while reporting adverse reactions in accordance with policy. Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the appropriate medical team member. Prepare equipment and assist physicians during patient examinations and treatments. This 3x12 night shift role supports the Guthrie, Oklahoma telehealth team in delivering continuous remote patient monitoring and care coordination.
