Travel or Local Tele RN Job in Guthrie, Oklahoma

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans by consulting with the health care team. Utilize telemetry machines to monitor heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram information, identifying irregular readings and notifying the medical team immediately. Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications while reporting adverse reactions per policy. Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments. Shifts are 3x12 nights.
