Consult with the health care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans while monitoring specialized equipment, heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, blood oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram information. Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications, reporting any adverse reactions per policy. Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the appropriate medical team member. Assist physicians during patient examinations and treatments. This role operates on a 3x12 night shift schedule.
