Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans while consulting with the health care team. Monitor specialized equipment measuring heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, blood oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram information to identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team. Prepare and administer prescribed medications, record reactions, and assist physicians during examinations and treatments. Interpret electronic displays and report adverse reactions in accordance with policies. Shift: 3x12 Nights.
