Conduct telemetry nursing care by assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care plans using machines that monitor heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram information. Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications while reporting adverse reactions, and identify irregular telemetry readings to notify the medical team. Monitor specialized equipment and interpret electronic displays, assisting physicians during examinations and treatments. Work three 12-hour night shifts.
