Travel or Local Tele RN Job in Ardmore, Oklahoma

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans while monitoring heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, blood oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram information. Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications, reporting adverse reactions per policy. Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team immediately. Monitor specialized equipment and interpret electronic displays. Assist physicians during examinations and treatments. This role requires a 3x12 night shift schedule.
