Job Summary
Evaluate and monitor patient progress in transitional units, identifying sudden changes in medical conditions. Calculate drug dosages, titrate medications, administer continuous infusions, and monitor patients for medication effects. Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate care. This role involves a 3x12 night shift schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Stepdown RN
- Evaluate and monitor patient's progress, identifying sudden or subtle changes in the patient's medical condition
- Calculate drug dosage, titrate medication doses, administer continuous medication infusion and monitor patients for effects of medication
- Work closely and collaborate with physicians and all other healthcare professionals
- Available for 3x12 Nights shifts
