Job Summary
Evaluate and monitor patient progress in transitional units, identifying sudden or subtle changes in medical conditions. Calculate drug dosages, titrate medication doses, administer continuous medication infusions, and monitor patients for medication effects. Collaborate closely with physicians and all other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Shifts are scheduled as three 12-hour night rotations.
