Job Summary
Provide direct psychiatric nursing care within a multidisciplinary team, supervising medication schedules, monitoring treatment progress, and educating patients and families on symptoms, treatment, and discharge instructions. Responsibilities include monitoring and recording medication effects, supporting patient coping, and contributing to outcome-based treatment for behavioral health patients. Shift is 3x12 days; role implied to be in-person at the Norman/Newalla, OK area.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Oklahoma
- Psychiatric nursing experience preferred
- Medication administration competence
- Ability to supervise medication schedules and evaluate patient progress
