Assess patients' health in the pre-op state, oversee vital signs, change bandages, and administer necessary medications. Educate families and patients about homecare instructions while managing respiratory instability and cardiac monitoring activities. Report condition changes to the healthcare team and perform intervention duties for post-operative emergencies. Ensure all vital signs remain within range after surgery is performed. Shift: 3x12 Days.
