Job Summary
Evaluate and order diagnostic tests, administer intravenous fluids and medications, and respond to life-threatening situations using nursing standards and protocols for treatment. Ensure ventilators, monitors, and other medical equipment function properly while providing care to critically ill patients with conditions related to lung, kidney, liver, gastrointestinal, blood, cancer, and blood infection problems. This 3 x 12 night shift role requires proficiency in high-level nursing skills, strong interpersonal communication, leadership, and critical thinking abilities.
