Job Summary
LTAC RN role providing quality patient care through assessment, intervention, and evaluation. Collaborates with the healthcare team to formulate care plans for optimum outcomes and continuity of care. Responsibilities include dispensing medications, chest tubes, ventilators, wound VACs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines; monitor and evaluate patient status; give supervision to clinical support staff. Required Qualifications
