Job Summary
LTAC RN provides patient care during assessment, intervention and evaluation; collaborates with the healthcare team to formulate a care plan to ensure optimum outcomes and continuity of care. Responsibilities include dispensing medications and managing chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines; monitor and evaluate patient status; provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff. Shift: 3x12 Nights.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in NJ or actively licensed
- Ability to dispense medications and manage critical care equipment (ventilators, chest tubes, wound vacs, IV drips, feeding tubes, central lines) are part of responsibilities
