Job Summary
Assess, intervene, and evaluate patients while managing complex equipment including ventilators, central lines, and chest tubes. Collaborate with the healthcare team to formulate care plans ensuring continuity, and supervise clinical support staff. Dispense medications and monitor patient status throughout the shift. This 3x12 day schedule supports our Long Term Acute Care unit in Rochelle Park, New Jersey, where we deliver specialized critical care to patients requiring extended hospitalization.
Required Qualifications
- Long Term Acute Care RN (LTAC RN)
- Dispensing medications, chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV Drips, feeding tubes, and central lines
- Monitor, implement and evaluate the status of the patient
- Give guidance and supervision to clinical support staff
- Shift: 3x12 Days
