Job Summary
Conduct patient assessment, intervention, and evaluation while dispensing medications, managing chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines. Collaborate with the healthcare team to formulate care plans ensuring optimum outcomes and continuity. Monitor, implement, and evaluate patient status. Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff. This 3x12 day shift role supports Long Term Acute Care services in Rochelle Park, New Jersey.
Required Qualifications
- Long Term Acute Care RN (LTAC RN)
- Dispensing medications, chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV Drips, feeding tubes, and central lines
- Monitor, implement and evaluate the status of the patient
