Travel OR Charge Nurse

Oversee OR operations and nursing staff during assigned days and nights shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations. Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily assignments while supervising, coaching, and supporting staff development and performance. Assist with performance management, HR activities, and supply coordination, and coordinate surgical services, patient flow, and care transitions. Rounds with patients and families to support a positive experience, providing direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing standards. Requires a current RN license, one year of acute care experience, and previous supervisory experience in an OR setting. Assignment length is 12 weeks with pay up to $2,297 gross per week.
