Travel OR Charge Nurse

Oversee OR operations and nursing staff during assigned days and nights shifts. Ensure safe, high-quality patient care, compliance with regulations, and department readiness by managing staffing, scheduling, and daily assignments. Supervise, coach, and support staff development while assisting with performance management and HR activities. Monitor supplies and equipment, coordinate surgical services and patient flow, and round with patients to support a positive experience. Provide direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing standards. Requires current RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, plus one year of acute care experience and one to two years of surgical OR supervisory experience. Sedation monitoring competency is also required. Assignment length is 12 weeks with pay up to $2,297 gross per week plus a $3/hour differential.
