Travel OR Charge Nurse

Oversee OR operations and nursing staff during assigned days and nights shifts. Ensure safe, high-quality patient care while managing staffing, scheduling, and daily assignments. Supervise and coach staff development, assist with performance management, and monitor supplies and equipment readiness. Coordinate surgical services, patient flow, and care transitions, rounding with patients and families to support their experience. Provide direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing standards. Address patient care concerns and escalate issues through the appropriate chain of command. Requires current RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, plus one year of acute care nursing experience and one to two years of supervisory experience in a surgical OR setting.
