Travel OR Charge Nurse

Oversee OR operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations. Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily assignments while supervising, coaching, and supporting staff development. Assist with performance management, monitor supplies and equipment readiness, and coordinate surgical services and patient flow. Rounds with patients and families to support a positive experience, providing direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing standards. Requires current state RN license, one year as a staff nurse with E.D. experience, and one to two years of supervisory experience in an acute care Surgical OR setting. Includes days and nights shifts in Lewiston, Maine, with pay up to $1,657 per week and a 12-week assignment length.
