Travel OR Charge Nurse

Oversee OR operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations. Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily assignments while supervising, coaching, and supporting staff development. Assist with performance management and HR activities, monitor supplies and equipment readiness, and coordinate surgical services and patient flow. Round with patients and families to support their experience, providing direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing standards. Requires current RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Sedation Monitoring certifications, plus one year of acute care experience and one to two years of surgical OR supervisory experience. Available for 12-week assignments in Lewiston, Maine.
