Travel OR Charge Nurse

Oversee OR operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations. Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily assignments while supervising, coaching, and supporting staff development. Assist with performance management and HR activities, monitor supplies and equipment readiness, and coordinate surgical services and patient flow. Rounds with patients and families to support a positive experience, providing direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing standards. Requires current RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and sedation monitoring certifications, plus one year as a staff nurse with required supervisory experience in an acute care surgical OR. Shifts available days and nights in Lewiston, Maine, with a 12-week assignment length and weekly pay up to $2,297 gross, including a $3/hour differential.
